The Arizona would-be-assassin Jared Lougner was using the hallicinogenic herb Salvia Divinorum and spent hours playing first person shoter games. Reminescent of the now declassified Cia MK-ULTRA program in which mind altering drugs were used to fracture and program the minds of its subjects, Lougner was being visually stimulated by death, killing and violence while hallucinating in a an alternate reality. He literally was running his OWN mind control program. He was programming himself to commit violent acts.
